CNC Machining
CNC Turning
Anderson Manufacturing has 15 CNC lathes available to perform your CNC turning. Many of out lathes have live tooling capabilities which allow us to be more competitive by reducing setup time. Our lathes with dual spindles allow us to run parts that may require two operations in one lathe.
Our lathes can handle a large variety of parts. Our largest lathe can handle parts up to 16″ diameter and 37″ long.
The showcase of our lathes is our Mazak Integrex 200. The Integrex is capable of turning on 4-axis milling. The twin spindles allows for two turning/milling operations to be performed in one machine.
CNC Milling
Anderson Manufacturing has 12 horizontal and vertical CNC mills available to perform your CNC milling. Some of the mills are portable so they can be place with other equipment to create a manufacturing cell on a moments notice. This allows for grater flexability which increases throughput and reduces part costs.
Our mills can handle a variety of sizes. The maximum part envelope for our mills is 40″ long by 12″ thick.
Our newest addition to our mills is a Mazak HCN-5000 horizontal mill. This mill has a 18,000 rpm spindle, a 120 pocket tool changer and dual 500 rpm pallets to handle complex parts and fast cycle times.
We use CHICK workholding to reduce setup times, increase rigidity and to maximize throughput.
Laser Cutting
Anderson Manufacturing has a 2500 watt Mazak Super Turbo X Mark II laser and a Trumpf 4000W laser cutting requirements with speed and precision. The laser can handle sheets up to 60 inches wide by 120 inches long. We are capable of cutting the following material and thicknesses:
- Mild Steel – 1.00″ thick
- Stainless Steel – 0.50″ thick
- Aluminium – 0.38″ thick
Welding & Fabricating
Anderson Manufacturing can weld mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum from sheet metal thickness on up. Four state of the art programmable, pulse capable, TIG and MIG (500amp) welders, plus 1″ steel capacity plasma cutter are available for your work.
Automatically controlled rotational positioners are used for continuous welding of round parts. These provide provide both quality and productivity for round parts.
Powder Coating
Anderson Manufacturing can do powder coating to your specifications. Part sizes can be up to 2 feet wide by 4 feet by 6 feet long and weigh up to 50 pounds. We have environmentally friendly wash and undercoat system which gives superior paint adhesion and corrosion protection. You will be proud of the oven baked finish using the powder coat of your choice.
